Hello Beautiful Souls, Know Me Here

Aren't you curious about what this whole buzzing mind is about? I heard you....

How this began

I didn't start this because I had answers. I started it because there was a time I needed someone to just... listen. In fact, there were many times I felt unheard and almost mute. Being surrounded by family and friends didn't help either; they just thought I was being "weird".

For me, these overwhelming closestted emotions didn't remove the people; it removed the space where I could speak honestly. And that hollow stayed with me long after I got better. And I kept thinking: how many of us are living in that same silence?

What I'm trying to build

My attempt with The Buzzing Mind isn't about fixing you or teaching you how to think differently. I wanted to create a safe place where your thoughts can land without needing to justify themselves first. There is no pressure to be "getting better," because everything takes time.

Who Am I

I'm Rama. I'm not a therapist. I don't have letters after my name. But what I do have is passion to learn, the small ways our minds betray us when we're tired, for the language we use when we can't say what we mean, for the patterns that repeat until someone finally names them.

For now, it begins with writing, because listening has to start somewhere. Starting this website is my first step to reach out to people who might need it. But I hope it grows into something wider, where I can directly reach out to you and create a corner on the internet where people can feel like; Oh, someone else knows this feeling and maybe she'll hear me out.

I'm learning as I write this. And I'll keep learning, because care that doesn't grow gets stale. At the end of the day, what matters is this: if someone in need feels understood, even before they feel better, that's where healing can begin.
